The Guest House at Graceland

I have stayed at the Guest House 3 times now, each time has been a wonderful experience…kept very clean, the staff are all amazing so friendly and very helpful. I have also eaten in both restaurants and a grab and go cafe that have there, found all very good. It’s also in the perfect location for Graceland which makes a beautiful early morning walk to Elvis’s meditation garden. There is also the most pretty little chapel in the woods in the grounds….amazing pool area in the summer months.

Really nice; loved the perfect, tastefully done Elvis decor. Super clean, really nice staff, right across the street from Graceland. Buffet breakfast at Delta's is really nice for couples or families: waffles with guitar imprint, eggs, etc. and southern grits and biscuits too. The Shake Rattle and Go is always busy in the morning with a long line. If you can't beat the line, go to Delta's and ask for coffee to go. Ate one night at E&P's Bar and Grill. We were a little apprehensive after reading reviews, but I have to say although it did't have a huge menu, it was still very good, casual place and casual food; our waitress was great. One negative - when I set the wake-up call for 7am; it went off 6 minutes late. Next day, I set it for 8am; again, 6 minutes late. Only 1 other thing -- when it was time to take the shuttle back to the airpoirt, they said they go back every 1/2 hour. We started waiting at 2:20pm and asked at 2:30pm - no shuttle. We waited 'til 2:40pm. Then I asked in a panic and one of the nice woman employees said she didn't know where the staff member was -- so she just jumped behind the shuttle bus and took us back herself. So willing to help. Staff really were nice. Overall, if you are going to go all the way to Graceland, you may as well stay at the Guest House because it's the whole trip's theme - Elvis (constant Elvis music btw in the common areas), convenient and feels so new, with a touch of class/fun-funky. It looks like the nicest hotel in the area. I highly recommend.
