King room with spa tub review
My first reaction when I entered this room was ‘Wow’. The view was amazing, room was clean, bed big and comfortable, bathroom amazing with a nice jacuzzi. Staff helpful and friendly , gave us a complimentary late checkout. Breakfast at Collin’s kitchen was amazing also. Loved my stay here

Incredible experience, best location in melboirne
Yes the rooms are a little dated, but they are still beautiful and incredibly warm and comfortable. They would have been the pinnacle of luxury 15 years ago, so they are still beautiful. But the hotel and staff is incredible, the lobby and restaurants are full 5 star, gym and pool very dated. I have a feeling they’ll be holding off to do a full renovation of the property in the near future. Absolutely loved it, staff are incredible and this will always be our place to stay from now on!

We love the Hyatt, it’s so beautiful and clean and luxurious. Dated, the room are a little, yes - but still beautiful and warm and welcoming. The pool and gym are quite outdated. But the service and friendliness of the staff is second to none - they truly make the experience beautiful. We’ve stayed at hotels all around the world and the smiles here are so sincere, every single staff member. Love it, will always be our go to.
