Hotel Plaza Quebec

I booked later the evening before and it was not an issue - it was fulfilled promptly. Upon arriving we decided we’d like to book a room With a balcony, the staff were very accommodating and made it happen without an issue even with method of payment being different than what I had booked with. The room was clean and spacious. The view was wonderful. The pools were very maintained and the live dj was great as well. We didn’t have breakfast but definitely enjoyed the complimentary drinks for both adults and kids. Shampoo and condition in the showers was a great bonus ! We left around 10, by 11:30 I had receive notification my damage deposit was returned already ! Would absolutely recommend, especially how bilingual and pleasant the staff were ! N/a

Overall good Experience

Soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. Otherwise location wise is pretty good if driving.
