The suite is spacious, quiet and clean. All the cooking utensils were cleaned, usable and available.. The best is having an onsite laundry machine and dryer, super convenient. The location is convenient to the super market and train station. Staffs were friendly, efficient in answering all my questions and able to give me very clear instructions on how to check in. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Definitely will return in future Is a perfect accomodation, I wish I could actually live in there in long term

Loft was spacious and impeccably clean space. Good range of appliances were available, making the stay quite comfortable. Its location, within walking distance of Old Quebec City attractions, was convenient for exploration. However, some basic toiletries were missing, which was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, the absence of coffee or tea mixes, which are commonly provided, was unexpected. Despite these small drawbacks, the overall experience was decent.
