Ottawa Marriott Hotel

Honestamente un excelente lugar para estar con tus chamos y toda la familia, el servicio excelente y la comida excelente , los meseros super atentos y amistosos . (le hicieron una broma a mi hija y mi hija me hizo la broma ! Fue divertido hahaha) Ademas el servicio de recepción puedo decir ÚNICO !!! ¡THE BEST ! Definitivamente , and por ultimo el manager una completa bendicion . Mi estadía fue breve pero placentera. Gracias chicos por todo son los mejores.🫶🙏🏽 Honestly, an excellent place to be with your kids and the whole family, excellent service and excellent food, super attentive and friendly waiters. (They made a joke on my daughter and my daughter made the joke on me! It was funny hahaha) Also, the reception service I can say is UNIQUE!!! THE BEST! Definitely, and lastly the manager, a complete blessing. My stay was brief but pleasant. Thank you guys for everything you are the best.🫶🙏🏽

Marriott hotel in Ottawa on Kent street is a really nice place to stay for a family very clean and the employees are very friendly and it’s a good atmosphere for the families to come and stay in the hotel at amazing time

Pros: - The mattress of the king bed was very comfortable - we slept so well despite the noise from the road (6th floor King room) - Location was fantastic. One street away from Parliament Hill and on the quieter side of downtown, away from the crowds touring/hanging out by ByWard Market and only a 10 min walk away if it's on your list to visit. - Safe and secure underground parking lot with a 6 foot height clearance. 20$ to self park, 29$ for in/out pass. If you have a 2017 Santa Fe you will fit with room to spare. Valet also available. - Buffet breakfast at Spin Bar was worth the $30/person. Made to order eggs benedict were superb! - The staff are excellent. The front desk gentleman who checked us in and out, the gentleman who greeted us at the hotel driveway, and the Spin Bar restaurant staff are the definition of true customer service skills and professionalism. Cons: - Old and outdated bathrooms. Like many have commented the toilets are small and low to the ground; the water pressure is very weak (water from the shower is weak)... Not exactly modern 4 star hotel standards. - Not spotlessly clean and disappointing for a Marriott hotel. I found strands of hair in one towel, a small stain on a pillowsheet, the door was dusty, fingerprints on the ceiling, the Keurig machine unwiped from the previous user... - Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear when someone is showering next door or above, people in the hallway, the street traffic, the ac system is old and noisy... ------------- Overall I would recommend here if the price is right. The location, spacious and secure parking lot, good standard room and comfy bed, friendly and professional staff outweigh any cons.
