Hotel decor with all the art work, the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. Also loved that the dining room was set up family style, so you get to meet the other guests Far from down town. It is harder to get taxis

The staff is excellent. I mean it. Their level of English is very high and with the groupsapp service of concierge they accommodate every need. Really. Every question. And when you are a woman travelling in a country where almost no one speaks English, that makes a big difference It has to be the most involved hotel team ever. Expecially Slavjo and Gabi, those are really excellent. The hotel is beautifully done with art all over. Very trendy and modern and superclean Another great point is the location. Is literally on the beach in a quiet area, Luanda is very busy. There are nice beach bars very close to the hotel where you can get the comforts of any beachbar in Europe . If you don't like unpersonal big hotels in the middle of the chaos with personnel who hardly knows your name, and you love boutique hotels , don't look further. Nothing. I love it all. Being a young staff in a country who is starting with tourism just now, I see only points of improvements. The breakfast can lack variety and vegetables, and it's not restocked frequently. Little things in the housekeeping departments: More hangers in the closet, bathroom products, complimentary coffee pads (there is a coffee machine in every room but ..no coffee). Those are not criticisms by any means. It's just a young hotel with a young and enthousiastic staff. Those are just little things to be aware for western tourists used to some standards.
