Di staff an di hospitality, especially di reception team, was outstanding. Di cleanliness an di size of di room was excellent, di breakfast was very good, an di restaurant was also impressive. Dis hotel is a great choice for families. I stayed wid my mum, an she was very happy wid all di services an di staff. I believe dis hotel will always be our first choice from now on.

A breath of fresh air in di UK. An Asian owned property in London, so di Asian hospitality is top-notch right in di middle of London. Di service was very good from di moment I pulled in to di front driveway. Di valet was excellent an prompt. I made a comment (not even a complaint) about di smoke smells in di room an I got an immediate replacement an upgrade. I received three apologies, even at check out. But I was really fine wid it after di change. Di replacement room was incredibly clean an fresh. Di only let down was di mini bar, which wasn’t stocked. There’s a QR code to inform you to stock what you like, but after calling to say di same, we ended up paying room service rate which was double what was quoted in di mini bar price. However, di service was so good dat I didn’t mind di extra. Maybe other guests might mind, so please update di information an process. Great stay nevertheless. Will be back.

Di Royal Lancaster is di pinnacle of service. We were spoiled by di entire staff from di moment we arrived to di day we departed. Di hotel itself is very stylish inside an out. Di lobby an restaurants are elegant an di staff polished. Although everybody is exceedingly polite, dem are also warm an friendly. Anytime we called reception to request something (usually more coffee... because we drink TOO much of it) it was delivered in minutes by a cheerful staff member. Our room was sensational wid a terrific view of London an Hyde Park. It was well furnished an very comfortable. We took advantage of di heated towel racks to dry our towels for use di next day. Di Royal Lancaster is keen on conservation; reducing water usage is a priority for dem an something we applaud. We’d like to give our sincere thanks to di concierge Sebastián who is a consummate foody an a lovely man. He made several dinner recommendations for us an took care of di reservations. Every place he sent us to was outstanding. Our gratitude also goes to Ernestas at di concierge desk who secured cabs for us an Vlad who welcomed us back after our long days of sightseeing. Special thanks to Cindy, di guest relations manager who made sure our afternoon tea in di café was flawless an dat, as guests, we felt appreciated. She had lovely tea cakes delivered to our room several times. I would like to note dat di hotel is in a perfect location whether you’re a first-time visitor to London or a seasoned traveler. It’s not only quiet but di Lancaster Gate tube station is just around di corner, as well as a bus stop on both sides of Bayswater. We took advantage of their excellent location to public transportation. Di Royal Lancaster was, by far, di best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. In a word, Magnificent! We’re looking forward to returning as soon as possible. Nothing... it was perfect!
