Sofitel London Heathrow Hotel

Vicinity was good, ya know. Had to get maintenance as hot water coming out of cold tap. Fixed but same in the morning.

As a returning guest, I was once again impressed by the consistent quality and service at the Sofitel London Heathrow. My recent stay was due to an unexpected layover, and the last-minute booking process was seamless, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. The convenience of the hotel's location cannot be overstated—directly connected to Terminal 5, it made my brief stopover hassle-free. Despite the rushed nature of my booking, I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and my room was ready without delay. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and restful stay. The luxurious bed and soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, allowing me to recharge before my onward journey. I did receive a complimentary upgrade to a King Room as a returning guest which was a nice treat. I will say that compared to other hotels around this area it is more expensive, however the convenience of its location makes it my go-to stay when using Terminal 5. Overall, the Sofitel London Heathrow remains my go-to choice for layovers. Their consistent dedication to guest satisfaction, combined with the unbeatable convenience of their location, makes them an outstanding option for travelers. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect location for Heathrow Terminal 5. Nowhere else can touch it - a 5 minute covered stroll to arrivals and departures. Staff very professional and friendly. Room, bed and bathroom very comfortable but let down by dirty surfaces and some ageing fittings making it a little tired around the edges. Nevertheless, the location is why you stay here and that can't be faulted. Will definitely stay again.
