We stayed at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul for two nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel offers a beautiful blend of modern luxury and understated elegance, with interiors that feel calm, sophisticated, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and very well sound-proofed, allowing for genuinely restful sleep. The bed and linens were outstanding, and the room layout, lighting, and bathroom amenities reflected careful attention to detail. Service throughout the stay was warm, professional, and discreet. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and staff were attentive without being intrusive, contributing to a relaxed and polished overall experience. Breakfast was a particular highlight. The spread was generous and well curated, with a strong balance between international favourites and high-quality Korean options. Ingredients were fresh, dishes were consistently replenished, and the dining space felt calm and unhurried — a welcome start to the day. The quality and variety easily matched expectations for a five-star hotel. The location is convenient, especially for Jamsil, Lotte World Tower, and southern Seoul, while still feeling slightly removed from the city’s intensity — ideal for returning to a quiet, comfortable base. Overall, Sofitel Ambassador Seoul delivers reliable five-star comfort, excellent service, and a standout breakfast offering. We would happily return and recommend it to travellers seeking a refined and restful stay in Seoul.

The room I was in was amazing, I stayed in the river view room not only was the room beautiful and cozy but the view was amazing. The employees were the kindest and most helpful with all my needs.
