Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, A Pan Pacific Partner Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights in Cerulean on the last 3 days of our Japan trip. Firstly, the hotel staff were very accommodating, respectful and helpful - they approached us and assisted on taking our luggages immediately after stepping foot inside the lobby. Secondly, the room we had was spacious enough for 3 persons with 5 luggages and we can still move freely inside, it was very clean and complete with the basics (step up on toiletries as they have L-Occitaine!), the room smelled nice too! Thirdly, we were lucky our room had an amazing view overseeing Shibuya. Lastly, the checkin and checkout process were very quick, no delays and no unnecessary charges. Overall, we had an excellent experience and of great value for money.

The room was great, location was easy to get to and from the station and shopping/dinning areas. Breakfast options were lacking imo, and the eggs and potatoes were always semi cold. I dont know if that is normal in Japan or not.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is just steps from the subway and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping options. It’s extremely well-connected, making it easy to get around the city. Walking distance to the Famous Shibuya crossing. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a clean, stylish ambience. The service was top-notch, and the concierge was especially helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Overall, everything was perfect—no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
