Checks every box for the ideal bed and breakfast. We were in the silver room with a king size bed. It was comfortable clean and quiet room with plenty of space for toiletries and clothes, excellent hot and fresh breakfast, strong hot shower, fluffy towels, quietest fan ever, two porches with comfy seating and a well supplied kitchen area for snacks, reheating pizza, having tea or coffee. Strong wifi, adequate toiletries. Unique: a Game Room! And TV with streaming services. Breakfast tables set apart so could converse with other guests, or not. Friendly proprietor showed us the new ground level spacious room which would be perfect for anyone who can't climb stairs where the four rooms are. Location perfect, away from sounds of train but close enough to Flagstaff's amazing restaurants and hiking trails. Great recommendations from proprietor for both trails and restaurants. You can tell they have taken great care to create a beautiful bed and breakfast with colorful artwork throughout. We have no trouble climbing one flight with suitcases, some might. The newly modeled ground level room would be a better choice for them.

The blue room was cozy and well set up. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The owners are friendly, inviting people. The vegetarian quiche for breakfast was tasty and fresh! Great place to stay. The pricing was pretty steep compared to comparable hotels that serve breakfast.

The breakfast was wondeful eggs benedict with fresh fruit, yoghurt and choice of beverages. It was a welcoming treat after a long drive. The room was warm, the beds soft and comfortable and fine details such as the bathrobes and furnishings were beautiful. I cannot complain about anything.
