We got there at night and it was about 30 degrees out, as soon as we stepped I.we turned their hot air on and house felt
Very nice home with everything you need in it. Very easy to get to and nice neighborhood. Only thing was when we turned on the tub in the master bathroom the faucet would leak a little but nothing too crazy. Other than that we had an amazing stay. Will be coming back for sure.

A delightful home away from home!
The house is fantastic - immediately welcoming and kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is so well stocked! The location in a quiet neighbourhood is just lovely and perfect if you have a car - just a few minutes to supermarkets, etc.
We had a small issue at the beginning and contacted the staff and they responded immediately, which was great.
The hearing was great - there’s central heating and gas heaters in a couple of rooms. So we turned each on and off as it suited us.
I’m not sure if the house has been improved since the last negative review, but that suggests to me they are highly responsive to customers’ needs and suggestions.
Thanks for a lovely stay! Nothing. As they mention in the description, there’s stairs to the bedrooms, so this is something for anyone with mobility issues to keep in mind.

Location is perfect and splendid house. Eveything you need is there. Having to undo the beds before leaving.
