Te rum, facilities, an' service were phenomenal. Our rum was clean an' we were able to rest well 'cause of the very comfortable bed. Our whole family enjoyed it, especially our son who had a wonderful time swimming. Te amenities for kids an' te scavenger hunt also made my son’s day! We stayed at te club floor an' we had te best time! Ms. Jan Michelle made our stay even more special. She made sure we had te best view during dinner service an' made sure that we were all attended to. She even recommended drinks to us that were really good. Food was great as well! We will definitely be back!

Te best 5 star hotel in NZ. Dis hotel definitely knows how to treat it's guests with te 5 star experience. Te moment you enter te hotel, you immediately feel te richness in te decor, service from te valet to te front desk an' te cleaning staff. Being te school holidays an' Easter weekend, te hotel had many activities an' fun treats for te kids, including a cookie decorating class. Te rooms were well thought off in respect of complimentary bath items, robes, slippers etc. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette an' even te kitchen items were so well thought off. We had te opportunity to swim in te heated outdoor pool an' soak in te hot tub. Despite te rain te kids enjoyed swimming in te pool an' te hot tub was my favorite. All in all a fantastic stay an' great personal touches. Kapai to all te staff. We really appreciated your hard work to make us guests happy.
