Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour

We had a wonderful staycation et Sofitel Viaduct en truly had a gut taim, specially my daughter, who enjoy every moment. D location es superb, perfectly situate wiih beautiful surroundins en easy access tu evrything. D cleanliness of d hotel bin excellent, en d service bin outstandin, wiih staff bein attentive, friendly, en professional throughout awa stay. Es bin a relaxin en memorable experience, en we would happily return.

D hotel es superb orn es quality en staff es most friendly. D location es excellent, overlookin d skyline. Awa room bin facin a bus terminal. Next taim, I need tu be more attentive when bookin a room wiih a view.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days/2 nights staycation with a 9 year old child. The hotel is located within Viaduct area. Hence, it has a good view and walking areas with lots of good restaurants nearby. The staffs in the reception were all very accommodating. We all enjoyed our stay especially the 2-lane lap pool and the gym. Its just unfortunate that the jacuzzi was not working at that time. Generally the hotel was prestine. However, I just have few observations listed below. 1) The room was a bit warm even if we turned the AC to cold. I have reached out to the staff but it was not resolved. 2) The staff was respectful but I was just surprised that after they do few knocks they will just open the door in your room. This happened twice during the times that we didn’t expect someone to come. This is our first time to experience this in a hotel. 3) We also noticed the coffee marks on the saucers even if the room was just cleaned up during the housekeeping. There were also some chips/crackers scattered along the hallway going to our room when we arrived and it was still there even upon our checkout. 4) We also tried to call housekeeping but no one was picking up the phone around late afternoon.
