Stamford Plaza Auckland Hotel

For JW Marriot, it's almost perfect, from services, cleaning, facilities, staff behaviors, and location. But there are just a few things that still require upgrading, see below: 1. As a 5-star hotel, the bathroom didn't surprise me as the shower facilities are still a bit old-fashioned. The room has been refurbished recently, but the work is not done enough yet, just the shower. 2. I am not very happy with how the concierge boy solved my problem. It was a rainy day and I asked him if I could just park in front of the hotel for just 1 or 2 hours since I had just checked in and was setting up the room and making plans with the kids before we left as soon as possible, and he rejected me without a thought even though there were a lot of parking spots in front of the hotel. If the parking was full, of course, I wouldn’t be silly enough to ask that kind of question, but I just felt down about this reply. 3. The cleaning staff knocked on my door to ask about cleaning, but I didn't request that. They should keep an eye on the signal outside the door. 4. The sauna room is very small, only fitting about 3-5 people (depending on body size). 5. The spa pool is not hot enough and not very clean, as I could feel some tiny rocks at the bottom of the spa pool. Other than the above, everything is perfect; from the detail of the towels being soft, the slippers being the best I've tried even better than W Hotel, the body wash and shampoo smelling fresh with orange and lemon, all daily care supplies are enough in the box for you (even preparing a mouth fresh, which not many hotels in Auckland do), the pillows and bed are very nice (my back wasn't sore when I woke up). I would still recommend and return next time as well.

D wine recommendations, d breakfast options, d presentation of dinner, I want tu go back jes thinkin about et. D bath tub bin such a treat en water pressure orn d shower bin amazin. We will definitely be back! D only reason I newa give et 5 stars across d board es because d pool bin gettin maintenance, wich we had bin told prior tu bookin, en so we newa get tu try et out.
