Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago

This Hotel really is what a Hotel should be. Exceptional in all respects. The Long time staff - 22 years, 15 years 12 years - speaks extremely well of the management. The friendly and helpful attitude of all personnel is better than in any other hotel I have visited in Chile; marvelous and is notable in that all staff with whom we had contact really are interested in and concerned for the guests. The facilities are well designed and maintained. Cleanliness is exceptional. The Breakfast buffet is exemplary. Better by far than most of the Buffets we experienced in five European countries in the last five months. Hotels must live with their locations. This Hotel is exeptionaly well located. 50 meters from the subway and surface - bus -transportation in both directions The in-house complimentary-parking clean and easily accessible. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next stay. To fully participate in the sustainability program having somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom would be a big help. The modern lighting in rooms is difficult to understand; not intuitively obvious.
