Spoiler alert - di guys at Museum Apartment Hotel gon treat yu well. Wi stayed one night fo celebrate one family milestone, an had plan fo do a few tings in di city during wi stay. Ai emailed ahead an told dem 'bout it, while askin if wi could check out late. When wi got to di room, dere was one bottle of wine an some chocolates, together wid one note congratulatin us on di milestone. Very sweet, wi thought, dat was a cool unexpected bonus to a cool an unexpected experience. Di hotel near di Te Papa museum, which mean it was near di nightlife street of Wellington, Courteney Place. Dere was one New World grocery, restaurants an plenty of other tings nearby. Goin back to di hotel - wi loved our room because it spacious an had a few artsy pieces dat help remind us dat it was, indeed, a museum hotel. It was quite well fitted wid amenities fo longer term guests - tink dishwasher, cookin hob, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, an washin machine. What got our jaws dropped was di jacuzzi inside our bathroom. A tub would have done it but havin bubbles while relaxin privately was such a plus fo us. Di lobby was a real feast fo di eyes - it was lined wid paintings, sculptures, one motorcycle, an one life size bull made from corned beef tins dat was hard to miss. Wi lookin forward to di next time wi come back, an are definitely recommendin di place to friends visitin Wellington.

Highly recommend, located in one fantastic part of di city opposite di museum. Spacious, clean an facilities second to none. Staff were extremely helpful. Thank yu.

Service an facilities excellent. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Dishwasher was not workin - unfortunately house staff did not know how to get it workin properly. Fan speed on AC was not adjustable from full speed even though selector showed it was reduced to minimum. Neither of dese were major issues.
