Bolton Hotel

Spacious and clean room. Room complete with diswasher and dryer and also kitchenette. Hotel service tip top. We had problem with the dryer, and staff manage to get our cloths out of the dryer. Cozy room decoration with large sitting area. Good hotel location in city center. Few minutes to nearby countdown supermarket. The only downside is that hotel did not provide parking as beeing advertise on agoda. Have to park outside or nearby parking building which cause us 30+ dollar. Overall good hotel stay

A really efficient and friendly staff - everyone on the team was helpful. The hotel room was spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. The general facilities were good and the food in the restaurant was great. Definitely recommend.

Punches above its weight for an independent hotel. Some of the equipment for the rooms should be updated. The Room Phone worked intermittently, the combination washer and dryer was essentially just a washer. For some reason they had laid some additional carpet in the entrance by the concierge. This was a trip hazard and demonstrated by several other guests nearly faceplanting into the ground. The room was very clean, the pool was decently sized, sauna was excellent. Did not try the food - so cannot comment. Valet parking is great but capacity is limited. Be sure to give ample notice especially during peak times. Cannot fault the location. It is well located for Parliament, Lambton Key and parts of the waterfront. If the suites come on sale again, I would definitely look to book at this hotel again.
