Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Connaught Place

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience overall. The property is clean, neat, and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was impressive. All the staff members — from the reception to the security team — were extremely polite and welcoming. The breakfast spread was simply outstanding. With so many options available, we were truly spoilt for choice. A special mention goes to the lady at the tea stall who made the best adrak tea — it was a perfect start to the morning. The food at the hotel was delicious, though slightly on the expensive side. That said, the generous portion sizes made it worth it. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A big thanks to Saikat (or someone from the front desk — I’m sorry I forgot the exact name) who assisted me during checkout. He promised to send someone to verify the minibar within five minutes. Although there was a slight delay, he kept his word and told me I could proceed, assuring me he would contact me if needed. I really appreciate his professionalism and respect for my time. The only downside of my stay was the spa, which offered service that felt closer to 2-star quality compared to the rest of the hotel’s high standards. Overall, except for the spa, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

It was good - was satisfied enough, staff were notably nice, they upgraded us to a better room with a huge balcony, good bang for the buck. Lets focus on the pros. Good security, nice staff, free upgrade to a big balcony room, modern / luxury looking items. Nice smell, Comfy bed, AC working well. Few cons though, toilet door handle was a bad design - hard to close door normally, have to hold it at an angle. Shower cube had no placeholder for toiletries such as shampoo etc. Had to put them on the ground. Room felt a bit smaller than usual. Long lobby walk to reach the room. Door handles, shower handles, wash basin handles weren't cleaned, there were some white-ish powder on them, smelled like lotion. Should have been cleaned dry. We only ate late night food from hotel as we mostly ate outside throughout the day. Tried a Biryani from the hotel latenight, but it wasn't fresh both times, tried a mango smoothie, water melon juice - both drinks didn't taste good. All in all, I'd go there again to spend a few days if I have to stay in Connaught place again. As the price was really worth it. You can't get a good 4/5 star hotel for this price. This is the best price.
