Overall Experience: Very good stay with warm and attentive service. Positive Feedback: We would like to sincerely compliment Ms. Saniya Chowdary for her excellent booking assistance. She was efficient, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. A special mention to Mr. Sarendra from the front office for his smooth check-in experience and continued support during our stay. His professionalism and approachability made a positive difference. We also appreciated the Head Chef personally making rounds and interacting with guests. This was a wonderful initiative and made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. Areas for Improvement: The room was booked for three occupants, however after each room make-up only two towels were provided, requiring us to call repeatedly for an extra towel. This could be improved with better housekeeping checks. At the breakfast lounge, guests were asked to use plastic butter knives instead of teaspoons to stir coffee, and teaspoons were unavailable for two consecutive days. This was inconvenient and detracted slightly from the breakfast experience. Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the staff’s hospitality. Addressing the minor housekeeping and breakfast service issues would further enhance the guest experience.

My first time trip travel to India , arrival at hotel with warm greeting from door man with stunning Indian styling uniform in pink colour , enter to front desk with basic greeting as front desk seem like robot conversation, receive a room key with our general hotel information , hotel facilities, just my room number and floor … guest service team very welcome and friendly, go beyond with general information about new dhili as my first time visit , specially guest service supervisor she really friendly and caring , the manager at the restaurant very knowledgeable he very friendly and quick action He give me a lot knowledge about LaLiT hotel heritage ,,, housekeeping very well look after my room , they respond my request very quickly , specially Ravi Amdvimod who’s clean my room every day during my stay he had attention to detail , he make me fell I’m stay home away from home , Overall I’m so happy and enjoyable to stay with LaLiT Hotel New Delhi , as hotel is home brand hotel with outstanding service and facilities provided it I’m highly recommended to all who’s visit Indian PS . No go green environment sign in the bath room as five star hotel standard around the world trending
