Good Hotel - 8 out of 10 Service - I have stayed in quite a few hotel chains and the service of this hotel whether it was Shobhit at front desk or people like Daya at buffet breakfast was exceptional. This was the one and only reason I would be compelled to come back Location - Fantastic and very well positioned to travel in all directions. We caught Taxis and autos multiple times over our stay to CP and South Delhi and these were readily available for between Rs 200 to Rs 300 via uber no matter where we went. There is a 24 hour pharmacy 5 min walk from the hotel in Gole market and a dry cleaner 2 minutes away if you don’t want to use the hotels laundry. Lady Harding Hospital is 5 min walk if u ever need to though we did not use it so cannot comment upon how good it is. It may not be a walkable distance from CP though unless you are under 30 and walking for fun with your group however walking with shopping bags or in warm weather is not feasible though autos are available via the uber app for approx Rs 60 to CP Rooms - very clean and maintained however ACs do not heat the room and there was no heater provided despite requested from housekeeping. There was no international sockets installed to take in plugs from all countries or any usb ports provide to charge. Carpet was not unclean but it was kind of worn and needs to be changed. Having said the rooms were nice and it would not be a deal breaker Breakfast - Ample options to fill ourselves. Days the Masala Tea man was exceptional and provided exceptional service with a smile Opportunities for improvement Pool - Was not heated. Water was very cold and uncomfortable Travel desk personnel sitting in front of the lifts do not smile at all and keep a poker face. They do not respond to eye contact at all. They either need to change their location out of guests sight or need to start smiling and wishing guests like the other hotel staff do Young lady at the entrance to the breakfast - we did not feel welcome by her. She is very bland when she records people’s room numbers, does not smile, does not say good morning. Please address this
