We thocht it wad be an uptight environment but it turned oot tae be fun an friendly.
Martin at the Reception wis braw an patient, he haed gane ahint his duties tae even tak ower the concierge role as he gied us guid info aboot the city. Sylvia at Breakfast, though she looks fearsome, is actually very friendly an even made sure we got the recipe for the lovely tomato paste. Vivien at the restaurant, sincerely wished for us tae hae guid food in the city an even recommended us a braw Italian restaurant ootwith the hotel. Perhaps there could be more food outlets.

Top-tier professional yet friendly customer service. Felt very welcomed an enjoyed the services on special requests. Great breakfast choices for a very fulfilling experience. Very guid location richt abune the subway station. Water wis leaking through the bathroom floor tiles. Didnae ken if I could drink fae the tap. The cigar lounge didnae feel very exclusive if that wis the purpose o the room. Low vacancies (wanted tae try the suite).

The cleanliness o the property wis impeccable, an the staff were exceptional in their service. The facilities provided were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room size wis spacious, ensuring a guid night's sleep, an the bathroom wis well-maintained. Overall, it wis a guid value for money experience. Highly recommended!
