Grange St. Paul's Hotel

Excellent breakfast! Spacious rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Top notch location in London. Highly recommended for value for money.

The hotel wis beautiful, in a really guid location wi transport links nearby. They also offer free luggage storage, which we used on the last day. On checking in, they gied ma dochter a rubber duck, which she loved. At breakfast, they gied her an activity pack too. The breakfast had lots o vegan and gluten free options. The room wis huge, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The table and sofa and chairs were useful, as wis the fridge, wine glasses and desk. The tv wis huge and sae wis the bathtub. There wis also a lovely shower and the toiletries were nice. We also had bathrobes and slippers included, which wis another nice touch. They also provided a free toothbrush for ma dochter as we had forgotten to pack hers. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great too. The pool wis only 1.2m deep, sae made it easier for ma dochter, wha is no the maist confident swimmer, however there is nae lifeguard, sae bear that in mind. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures too.

We did nae discover until day 2 that there wis another lift we could use because 2 ither lifts were no functioning causing excessive wait times going to and frae the room. Checking in wis uncomfortably slow, very few check in staff and each check in took far tae lang causing a very lang queue. Bar staff were no very engaging and were slow, 15 minute wait for a bowl o nuts! Check out staff member very rude, snatched ma room key frae me and sent us on our way nae courteous “goodbye”, “thanks” nothing said at a' this wis rude. However, the staff at breakfast were extremely helpful as were the concierge staff. Overall this hotel has a lot o potential but needs tae dae better!
