Ah must say ah enjoyed baith the stay an the facilities provided. The rooms ah saw were clean an the environment was peaceful an calm. It wis a pleasure, will definitely stay again.

Celebrated a bairn’s birthday. Very pleasant experience. The staff an room service is aboon an beyond. Manager wis very helpful wi accommodating the needs o SEN bairn. Minor issues wi the electrical system in the room. Jacuzzi wis very popular amang the family. Dining experience wis guid although there wis miscommunication wi breakfast, it wis resolved wi hotel credit tae get dinner frae the restaurant which wis nice. Would hae loved tae hae mair variety o foods available at an affordable price, however the options tae order uber eats is available at the hotel. Also would hae loved if some family friendly activities were available at the hotel or nearby (golf or mum daughter spa service) as there is nae kids channel available on tv (manager helped wi this though). Little upset there wisn’t any hotel branded pens but ah can live wi that. Family had an amazing experience an would love tae revisit in the near future.

Lovely staff, the lassie (ah didnae catch her name) wis very kind an even upgraded ma room for me which wis a treat. Answered any question ah had an made things very easy. Although it didnae bother me massively. There were stickers stuck on the side o the sink which just gave an impression that it hadnae been cleaned thoroughly as they would hae been seen. Wisnae a big deal for me but if that wis missed it did make ye wonder if ither things had been.
