The staff an hospitality, especially the reception team, were outstanding. The cleanliness an size o the room were excellent, the breakfast was braw, an the restaurant was impressive. This hotel is a grand choyce for families. I stayed wi ma mum, an she was chuffed wi aw the services an staff. Ah reckon this hotel will aye be oor first choyce frae noo on.

A breath o fresh air in the UK. An Asian owned property in London, hence great Asian hospitality in the heart o London. Service was braw frae the moment ah pulled in tae the front driveway. Valet was excellent an prompt. Ah made a comment (nae even a complaint) aboot smoke smells in the room an got an immediate replacement an upgrade. An ah received 3 apologies, even at check oot. But ah was really fine wi it efter the change. The replacement room was incredibly clean an fresh. The only let doon was the mini bar, which wasn’t stocked; there’s a QR code tae inform ye tae stock what ye like, but efter callin tae say the same, we ended up payin room service rates which were double what was quoted in the mini bar price. However, the service was so good that ah didnae mind the extra. Maybe ither guests might mind, so please update the information an process. Great stay nevertheless. Will be back.

The Royal Lancaster is the pinnacle o service. We were spoiled by the entire staff frae the moment we arrived tae the day we departed. The hotel itself is very stylish inside an oot. The lobby an restaurants are elegant an the staff polished. Although everyone is exceedingly polite, they are also warm an friendly. Anytime we called reception tae request somethin (usually mair coffee... because we drink TOO much o it) it was delivered in minutes by a cheerful staff member. Our room was sensational wi a terrific view o London an Hyde Park. It was well furnished an very comfortable. We took advantage o the heated towel racks tae dry our towels for use the next day. The Royal Lancaster is keen on conservation; reducing water usage is a priority for them an somethin we applaud. We'd like tae gie our sincere thanks tae the concierge Sebastián, who is a consummate foody an a lovely man. He made several dinner recommendations for us an took care o the reservations. Every place he sent us tae was outstanding. Our gratitude also goes tae Ernestas at the concierge desk who secured cabs for us an Vlad who welcomed us back efter our long days o sightseeing. Special thanks tae Cindy, the guest relations manager, who made sure our afternoon tea in the café was flawless an that, as guests, we felt appreciated. She had lovely tea cakes delivered tae our room several times. Ah would like tae note that the hotel is in a perfect location whether ye're a first time visitor tae London or a seasoned traveler. It's no only quiet but the Lancaster Gate tube station is just roond the corner as well as a bus stop on both sides o Bayswater. We took advantage o their excellent location tae public transportation. The Royal Lancaster was, by far, the best experience we've ever had at a hotel. In a word, Magnificent! We're lookin forward tae returnin as soon as possible. Nothin... it was perfect!
