Guid location, spacious room but uncomfortable bed
The hotel is weel placed near Tower Bridge Tube station, less than 100m away. It's a short walk tae see Tower Bridge an' visit Borough Market. We had a Queen size bed an' a sofa bed. The Queen bed was unco comfy tae sleep on as the mattress was far ower soft. My wife an' ma back sank in when we slept on it, causin' backache. I couldnae get a restful sleep. Woke up a few times in the night an' had tae sleep on ma side. Apart fae that, the room is clean an' spacious. There's a microwave an' a wash machine cum dryer. Both Still an' Sparkling water are provided - ye just need tae ask for a refill when ye need it.

Location, location, location
Ah cannae say enough aboot the location o' this hotel. It's literally steps away fae the Tower Hill Underground station, an' within easy walkin' distance fae the Tower o' London an' Tower Bridge. The suite had aw ye needed an' more. Dishes, a dishwasher drawer, a refrigerator, a 2-burner cook top, an' even a combo washer-dryer. The bathroom was spacious, but oddly didnae have a hair dryer. The room was clean, the staff were friendly an' efficient, an' the concierge was extremely helpful. Ah would definitely stay here again.

Five great nights ended wi' one very bad night
Ah stayed 6 nights at this hotel wi' ma family an' 2 boys. The check-in process was very easy, even though our room wasnae ready when we arrived. The room had a very guid apartment concept, makin' it comfortable for the four o' us. The location is very strategic wi' views o' the Tower o' London an' the historic Tower Bridge. The hotel is very close tae the Tower Hill Underground station an' the DLR station. But on the last night o' our stay, everything turned intae ma worst experience at any hotel in the last 5 years. The problem wi' the broken AC during the last 24 hours wasnae handled properly by the hotel. They just asked us tae accept the conditions without offerin' a fan. We ended up askin' for the room window tae be opened for better ventilation. The hotel agreed, but in the end, no staff came tae our room until we checked out. Ah find this quite disappointin' an' very embarrassin'. We checked out without any compensation or even a hint o' guilt from the hotel. But still, ah recommend this hotel if the management can fix this issue, thank ye very much.
