No klos / towel hangin' points long bathroom. Room fridge no cold. Breakfast start long 7am. Supposed to be 6am. Room was comfortable an' clean, location was handy.

Good Stay but Some Problems
Dis property shine with prime location, make shopping an' transport easy. Cleanliness top-notch an' staff friendly an' helpful. Room size generous an' pool area nice for relax. But, men sauna broken during my stay, an' could use more variety for better experience, still good value for my stay.

Bit Disappointing
Mi husband an' mi stay for first anniversary, staff was lovely an' building got amazing facilities. But, overall cleanliness of room was disappointing. Shoulda take photos but no do - bathroom was biggest letdown, beautiful but countertop covered in grime an' had someone else's toothpaste spatter. Entryway floor cleaned with dirty mop water, got dried hair streaks. Bedroom part was clean an' tidy, carpet too - but tiled entryway an' bathroom was very disappointing. Mi own cleaning company for YP, so maybe mi see things different, but mi husband also disappointed with cleanliness, he builder so no sure if it’s work thing. If cleanliness was better, we woulda come back for Valentine’s Day, but think we try somewhere else.
