Palace Hotel a Luxury Collection Hotel San Francisco

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand, historic lobby with its elegant chandeliers and soaring ceilings, I felt transported to a different era — one where luxury and impeccable service are the standard. The location is perfect — centrally situated in downtown San Francisco, making it easy to walk or take a short ride to major attractions like Union Square, the Ferry Building, and Chinatown. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, combining classic charm with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the Garden Court restaurant. Dining under the glass-domed ceiling was a memorable experience — the breakfast was both elegant and delicious, with excellent service to match. I also took advantage of the indoor pool and fitness center, both of which were well-maintained and offered a relaxing break from a busy day of sightseeing. What truly sets the Palace Hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered — from the front desk to housekeeping — was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay exceptional. In short, the Palace Hotel offers a rare blend of historical grandeur and modern comfort. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to San Francisco!

If I return to San Francisco, absolutely, I will stay here by the best location, clean and luxurious room and good hotel atmosphere. I recommend this hotel to all.

Property and our stay were great. Everything was wonderful - Only issue was upon leaving one of the valet guys decided to flip off myself and two young granddaughters as we pulled out.
