The staff here are excellent and helpful, truly giving 5-star service. Staff can speak English. The room, although slightly dated, was very clean and large, with everything you could need. It had a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and even a laundry area with a washing machine. Bathrooms were large and clean, with a bathtub in the main bedroom. The hotel also has other facilities like a gym, cafe, restaurants, casino etc. It is directly connected to the COEX mall and convention centre (closer to west and south gate). Train station also accessible through the mall. Great value for money, especially if staying with kids or multiple people.

Great hotel to stay at! I booked a one-bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen, and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was clean, and the service was excellent—especially when requesting bottled water. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water and is generous in making sure guests always have enough to drink. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here, which is why I have chosen this hotel twice—last year and again this year.
