It’s great!
The services from the staffs. The food, the bed, the pillows No direct airport limousine bus from the hotel entrance.

Luxurious, comfortable, clean, and would stay again.
We came to celebrate mom’s 70th birthday and ambience was perfect. It was clean and comfortable, staff were above and beyond, and the amenities (gym and pool) were top notch. Considering the price of stay it was disappointing to not be able to use all facilities (needed membership) which was a little discouraging.

Shilla has Soul
The Shilla is an exceptional hotel, location, cleanliness, staff, rooms, food, service, friendliness, everything is superlative. We arrived late on a Saturday night from Incheon Airport after a long flight from Sydney. However the smiles on our faces on arrival with the welcome to Shilla mantra from everyone to the great atmosphere of the lobby then the absolute comfort of our room and a great nights rest ready to confront the next day relaxed and rejuvenated. Thanks to the Shilla’s attention to detail and if required cars and busses into Seoul, or a lift to the metro resulted in a very easy and relaxed but eventful stay.
