Diamond Hotel

I recently stayed at Diamond Hotel, and overall, it was a really great experience. Here’s what stood out: The Good Stuff: Breakfast: I have to say, the breakfast menu was top-notch. There was such a good variety—local Filipino dishes, as well as plenty of international options. It definitely set the tone for a good day. Location: One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently nestled between SM MOA, Luneta, Robinsons Manila, and an LRT station, which makes it so easy to get around. Whether you're into shopping, sightseeing, or just need public transport, it’s all right there. Room Comfort: My room was surprisingly spacious, which was a nice change. I had a comfy sofa to chill on, a working table, and even a bathtub to unwind after a long day. The iron was an unexpected but appreciated touch—always good when you need to look sharp! Value for Money: For everything you get—great location, nice rooms, and solid service—it’s definitely worth what you pay. It’s a solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay. Breakfast Dining Area: The halls where breakfast is served are beautiful. It’s not just about the food—it’s about the whole vibe. The atmosphere in the dining area really makes the meal feel more special. Classic Luxury: The hotel definitely has that classic luxury feel. The best part? The pricing is super competitive and actually in the same range as 3-4 star hotels, making it a great deal for the level of service and comfort you get. I only paid 1/4th of the new & modern hotels with same amenities and services. A Couple of Minor Downsides: Elevator Issues: One thing to note was that more than one of the elevators were under maintenance during my stay. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did cause some small inconvenience, especially during peak times. Noise from the Hallway: I did notice that the noise from the hallway could be heard in my room at night. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it might be something they could look into to improve the overall soundproofing. Overall, my stay at Diamond Hotel was really pleasant, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Manila. It’s a great spot with a lot to offer, and I’d be happy to stay there again next time I’m in town!

Every member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating. They anticipated my needs and were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with luxurious amenities that enhance the stay. My room was immaculate and well-appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. Overall, my experience at Diamond Hotel was delightful, thanks to the outstanding staff who truly exemplify hospitality. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort with top-notch service, this is it! I can't wait to return.
