Room and hotel design and location near SM mall and good pizza place and Japanese teppanyaki restaurant within walking distance of the hotel We always stay in Dusit when we're in town. In our last stay we had a better check in experience and welcome fruit basket.

We had a delightful stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, perfectly suited to our preferences. However, we do hope that Dusit upgrades its television system. In this era, cable television feels outdated, and access to streaming platforms such as Netflix would greatly enhance the guest experience. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the hot water system. Unlike many hotels, Dusit offers almost instant hot and cold water adjustment. While industry standards consider a 45-second adjustment acceptable, Dusit’s system took only two to three seconds. This reflects strong engineering and excellent building systems. The food selection, however, felt less thoughtful and intentional compared to our previous stay. It was not quite the same experience we remembered from The Pantry. That said, one memorable and well-executed touch was the roaming taho vendor. This was a thoughtful and intentional detail, and it is exactly the kind of experience that helps Dusit distinguish itself from other hotels. We would also like to commend Miguel from the Front Desk, who was extremely accommodating and made both our check-in and check-out processes smooth and effortless. Unfortunately, our experience with some of the staff at The Pantry was disappointing. It felt as though they were rushing through their tasks and lacked finesse. As guests, we felt pressured to finish our meals quickly so the table could be cleared. Since we were celebrating a birthday and noticed another table receive a complimentary cake and song, we requested the same, but it never materialized. The lack of attention to detail and genuine guest care ultimately led us to give a lower score for staff service. Overall, Dusit offers a pleasant stay for those seeking a holiday away from home, with the convenience of nearby malls and city attractions. That said, Dusit would benefit from elevating and modernizing certain aspects of its offering, particularly in response to the evolving standards and expectations within the hospitality industry.
