New World Makati Hotel

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—directly across from a mall, which made shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade at no extra cost, and the room itself was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and offering a beautiful view that really elevated the experience. The lobby lounge was another highlight. It had a stylish and relaxing atmosphere, and the food was excellent—a great place to unwind in the evening. To top it off, there was a live music performance during my stay, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.

A spontaneous stay to celebrate my teen’s bday and wow New World Makati, what a surprise! Great location just across Greenbelt 3. Clean room, yes with bidet hehe, love the scent of your wash&shampoo, very nice fitness center, good cocktail hour and good breakfast. Outstanding service from everyone, Mr Noel (FD) thank you for the offer of upgrade and for our late check out. Ms Pia Ms Audrey Exec Lounge reception, sir David & Sir Jim (EL), and chef for taking care of us at the Residence Club Living Room while I worked, and for my late coffee fix before closing. Thank you! Also my teen enjoyed your billiard table, at 24F. Ms Ana of housekeeping and Sir Noel, Lord and everyone fr concierge and the one who assisted us sa car sorry I forgot your good name sir. of course Room service for our bday cakes and request. Big thank you, we appreciate you all. You all made our stay memorable and enjoyable. You are now one of our fave hotel.

It's our second time to stay in this place and we have enjoyed our 2 nights of stay. Allow me to mention that all the staff were very warm and accommodating from the receptions, Ms. Audrey, to the Living Room attendants, Ms. Ella, they were so polite and attentive. When we experienced their spa massage, we were greeted and assisted well and made us felt truly comfortable, both Marie and Marinella, our therapists. I would say it was a great experience to spent the holidays with the family in the Residence Club Executive - amenities, food, service, facilities, luxurious rooms with fragrant scent and top-notch cleanliness are notable. Surely, we will keep on coming back to this place - exquisite experience, indeed! Kudos to Ms. Janessa Arceo for being soo accommodating also with my concerns 😀
