Room 304, Sparks Tower. The most detailed Review you can ask for. The staff is definitely very friendly, except for one lady (fellow asian gal). There's always one, but hey, you can still be a nice person - that should not be contingent on how others are. Now, to the details that matter most - the room! Room 304 Sparks Tower is an "Executive One bedroom" type with a queen bed isolated by 2 of the four walls being glass sliding doors. Pros: Exceptionally clean, even to my standard (I'm the person that has to disinfect each and every surface I touch). I was thoroughly impressed (that's not to say I still didn't disinfect bc that's just my nature). The linens are new and very soft (similar to very luxe egyptian cotton). Bed is very comfortable (I do have a preference to sleep in the MOST firm mattress, which this was NOT, but it still was comfortable - I just prefer to sleep in almost floor-like firmness). The kitchen is fully and properly equipped for cooking chicken adobo (I did not do this as I preferred just enjoying the local restos). The living room has ample space and seating, for sure - and a big tv that we never even turned on. Cons: The biggest downside is they have no blackout curtain for the big glass windows in the room! I need to sleep in pitch black darkness so I had to buy a sleep mask for the remaining 3 nights of my stay. The hvac system is programmed to limit at 21C (about 70F). My husband and I are the typical American that like to sleep in below 68F so that was a bit of a downer. To cope, we just didn't close the glass sliding doors of the bedroom and left it open so we could optimize cold air flow. The ac fan is also a bit loud - I'm comparing this to my own house with central ac and the Chateau Laurier which we stayed in previous to this property (Laurier also had very quiet ac fan). So this may be just a very strict personal preference of mine since I like to sleep in dead silence- I don't think the fan noise would bother most people. The water pressure is also a bit lower than to my liking (I've also seen other reviews about it) but not a deal-breaker - still appreciated my showers! They also do not have daily room service - which I actually more personally prefer since I'm never satisfied with how room service makes the bed - it has to be stretched to the max for zero wrinkles as loose bedding is a no-no for me (I'm fun at parties, promise!) Overall, this hotel stay was unique since it offers you an apartment-like accommodation. With a few small fixes here and there - 1. blackout curtains 2. no limit on ac - this could be the perfect place to stay for more than 5 nights, in my humble opinion. The location is most ideal for me since my office is literally across the street on Queen (World Exchange bldg.)

Great location, nicely furnished , very clean and warm and welcoming staff. Room was spacious and very quiet. A home away from home with a full kitchen - built in fridge well stocked with dish-ware and cooking utensils. Nice fitness room and dry sauna. Shout out to Gillian, Tanya and Josh as well as the rest of the team at reStays for making us feel so welcomed. Nothing. Any issues were quickly and efficiently addressed by staff or management.

The room was a mini apartment with a full kitchen and comfortable living space. Beautiful and functional design, comfortable bed and quiet. Perfectly located and the Nespresso was a nice added touch. Highly recommend for business or vacation.
