Westview Luxury Suites

I was skeptical at first after my husband booked this space cos I searched on TikTok and Instagram to see of someone had stayed here or reviewed this space, which is what I always do whenever we have a reservation. I did not see any and I was only hoping until we arrived. When we arrived, our stay here was exceptional, clean bedrooms, washrooms, living space and kitchen. I was blown away by the kitchen and the lighting in the living space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal for myself and my toddler. The customer service person was exceptional, always on the phone with to clarify and answer questions. I also recorded videos of the whole space space which I posted on my TikTok: @maplemamadiaries and my Instagram page: @maplemamadiaries. This place is not just family, but perfect for couples and friends getaway. Oh I forgot to mention the amazing rooftop, it is a view to behold I wish the parking space could be better, it did not feel.safe initially, but I realised there was a cctv surveillance.

we have stay here for 2 nights in a 2-bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The location is perfect - in a very quite and nice neighborhood and is just 5-6 minutes drive from Parliament Hill and many attractions of the downtown.

Overall stay was good, the kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was big enough for two people. The bathroom could use some more toiletries and a hook for clothes. The only problem we ran into was the thermostat. It wasn't working properly and kept getting hotter which made our first night terrible. The staff responded in a decent time and adjusted it but there were still some problems so we had to get the window open for cool air. Some noises can be heard within the building, we were located near the staircase so the door would close loudly every time and we'd hear footsteps but it was tolerable. It's still a good place to stay at for short term and I'd say we got a great deal for a private apartment.
