Australian couple, seniors one nait stay
We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming and warned us of any dangers to consider. We had a great New Year’s Eve dinner, although restaurant organisation was fairly chaotic. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast was wonderful with plenty of fresh fruit and options. We didn’t get to use the below ground pool however, did have a look at that and the spa facilities. We enjoyed the 19% tax free opportunity for tourist using a credit card. We would definitely visit again.

I feel real comfortable there en would definitely stay there again.
When I first arrived, I had some trouble with my taxi ride there, and two of the employees helped me get it resolved. Every one of the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were both nice and the good was very good. It is located near the metro for longer trips, but easy walking distance to many of the attractions. I have no complaints at all.

Excellent place fer Old Town
The hotel exudes a modern charm with a hint of old-world grandeur. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Special mention deserves the Restaurant and Lobby Bar Gastronomie,. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Just across the street lies Santiago’s historic pedestrian area, known as Santiago’s Old Town, centered around the picturesque Plaza de Armas. A delightful 10-minute walk will take you to this vibrant hub of culture and history.
