Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

Our stay at Pullman Auckland was fantastic. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making everything easy for our family. The location is excellent — close to everything but still comfortable and relaxed.

I would definitely recommend the Pullman. The rooms were cleans and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were a bit small but that was fine. Beds were so comfy! We heard quite a bit of noise from the road as we were in a room at the front, but that was ok. The spa, pool and sauna was great. Pool was heated and not that busy. There were a few loungers too, so you could sit a read. The spa and massage facility was great! So lux! We had great massages, but would recommend booking in advance. We had dinner there on Saturday night. The food took a while to come out but I had the chicken and it was delicious! Room service was good, very handy and didn’t take too long. Location was good. Bit of a hike up the hill, but close enough to walk to most things. We would definitely stay here again.
