Sofitel has always provided excellent service every time I visit. I booked a staycation for two days and was surprised to get a club room upgrade for free, thanks so much to your wonderful front desk team!! It was a great post bday trip and my stay was comfortable as always. I also attended a wedding reception event, the food was excellent, the staff were very accommodating. My room was upgraded from a King Luxury Suite to a Club Room on the 10th floor, it was massive than the usual rooms and had views of the sea (unfortunately due to the reclamation, it’s no longer seen that much). I had in room dining and the servings are huge, their Nasi Goreng felt like it was already good for two people! Even their American breakfast! The line in Spiral was soooo long, the lobby felt like a mall lobby, it was also kind of loud and noisy than usual. It’s very accessible as well. I just couldn’t figure out the shower’s hot/cold knobs which was a bit difficult to maneuver vs the one in the bathtub. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I definitely want to do it again. I hold so many memories in this place ever since I was 5 so I’ll definitely miss Sofitel big time.
