Solaire Resort Entertainment City

We had a wonderful stay at Solaire Resort Entertainment City, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and well taken care of. The room was spotless and well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. Any requests we had were handled promptly and efficiently, making us feel well supported throughout our visit. We’d especially like to thank Karl and Luigi at the front desk. They were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful, making check-in easy and stress-free. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a great first impression. The in-room dining team also deserves special recognition. Our meals were delivered quickly, with great courtesy and attention to detail. Everything arrived exactly as requested and was thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, the excellent service and attention to cleanliness made our stay truly memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this resort to others.

Everything Nothing

From the moment we arrived, the experience was impressive. The check-in attendant was very professional, pleasant, and quick to accommodate our request when my Agoda booking did not reflect my room preference (smoking). He upgraded us to a corner suite that far exceeded my expectations. While the view was not ideal due to the ongoing construction in the reclamation area, this was not within the hotel’s control and did not affect the overall comfort of the stay. We opted for in-room dining for breakfast instead of going down to the restaurant. The food was excellent, with freshly baked croissants, perfectly cooked sausages and eggs, and generous portions overall. The hotline handled our requests thoroughly and ensured everything was prepared exactly as ordered. I would definitely recommend Solaire Resort for its excellent service and attention to guest experience. I already reserved another stay for 2026 and look forward to returning.
